I’m a country-girl who was shy and embarrassed about sex. Sex was never something spoken about at home or at school growing up.
My journey to more satisfying sex and intimacy began when I attended a Tantra workshop (a kind of yoga which benefits body confidence, relationships and sex) over 15 years ago. Tantra helped me become more confident, attract a loving relationship and gave me tools for knock-your-socks-off sex. One thing led to another and I was soon teaching.
Helping people feel confident and comfortable with sex and have a loving relationship became my passion. I wanted to help people as effectively as possible – so I studied for almost a decade at 3 prestigious universities to discover how.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve built my reputation on sharing practical tools and getting results for my clients. I feel privileged to make a difference in people’s relationships and lives.
I’ve supported thousands of individuals and couples to improve their relationships and sex lives through therapy, regularly appear in popular media and write a popular weekly advice column on sex and relationships.
I’m a former Couples Therapy lecturer and have now created my own Academy, training other therapists to competently deal with the issues of relationships and sex.
