Let's begin

Life's too short to feel stuck in an unhappy relationship

If you're ready to feel close again, tell us a little about what's been hard lately, and we'll be in touch about your complimentary call. Our online relationship therapy is private, flexible, and available wherever you are in Australia, no pressure, no judgement, just a real conversation.

Who we help

Life's too short to feel stuck in an unhappy relationship

Our clients are successful, high-achieving individuals and couples. They often say that sex or their relationship is the missing piece of the puzzle for them.

You might recognise some of this:

There's someone lying right next to you, and you've never felt more alone

When it's good it's really good, and then something happens and you're back here again

You've stopped raising the things that matter, because you know it will end in an argument or shutdown

You've stopped being affectionate with each other

Things in the bedroom have become flat, or non-existent

You're not sure when you last felt like lovers rather than two people running a household

We support individuals and couples to create thriving relationships with our Online Relationship Therapy, Sexology and High Performance Relationship Coaching.

We work with couples of all genders, sexualities and relationship structures. We're kink-friendly, and some of our therapists are queer and ENM themselves.

A proven approach

Proven advice and practical tools

Most Relationship Counsellors aren't trained to address intimacy concerns. Most sexologists aren't equipped to help a relationship. Our team is different.

Therapy and Coaching with us is guided by research in psychology, neuroscience, and the science of relationships. This isn't guesswork. It's science-backed, proven, and effective.

The Relationship Harmony Method was built on the gold standards of couples therapy, sexology and neurobiology — including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

You'll be guided through four proven steps.

01

Clarity & Vision

Understanding what you want, what matters to you, and where you're heading together — so you're no longer just reacting to problems.

02

Connection

Strengthening emotional closeness and restoring a sense of safety, warmth and teamwork in your relationship.

03

Communication

Practical tools for the hard conversations, so they stop ending in arguments or silence.

04

Intimacy & Desire

Supporting ease, confidence, pleasure and openness around sex and physical intimacy — in ways that feel natural and enjoyable.

A common question

How effective is online relationship therapy?

If you're considering online relationship therapy, it's common to question whether Zoom sessions can be just as effective as traditional face-to-face therapy.

We know starting therapy is a significant step, and you want to feel certain you're making the right choice for your relationship and wellbeing.

Research confirms that online relationship therapy works just as well as in-person therapy — and sometimes, it's even more impactful.

Further evidence supports this, showing that couples engaging in online relationship therapy experience comparable, or greater, gains in emotional connection and communication than those attending face-to-face sessions.

After ten years of working with couples online, I've seen how much growth, healing and reconnection is possible through this approach.

The benefits

Why online works better for busy couples

  • Easier for Both of You… If one of you travels for work, or you're in different places, you can still attend the same session.
  • Completely Confidential… No crowded waiting rooms or chance of running into someone you know. Your sessions are private and secure.
  • More Relaxed… Talking openly from the comfort of your own home often helps you feel calmer and more comfortable.
  • Works with Your Life… Flexible scheduling makes it easier to find times that suit you both.
  • The Right Therapist… You're matched with the therapist best suited to you, rather than whoever happens to practise nearby.

How it works

What to expect in online couples therapy and coaching

Therapy with us isn't about taking sides, or deciding who's right and who's wrong. It isn't about digging up the past either. It's about giving you the tools and support to create the change you're looking for.

It's normal to wonder whether talking to a therapist through a screen will feel strange. Most people find it doesn't. Within a few minutes you forget the format and you're just having the conversation.

Sessions are held over Zoom. We send you a private link beforehand, you click it at your appointment time, and we meet face to face on screen. You can join together on one device, or separately if one of you is travelling or working late.
